North American International Auto Show

This is a promo/infomercial video I created for Swedish Biogas International. SBI produces biogas, which is essentially natural gas made from poo. They're building a new biogas plant here in Flint, and they also partnered with a local engineering university to retro-fit a truck to run on biogas. The truck is being displayed at the auto show in Detroit over the next two weeks, this video will play along side the truck. I'm heading to the auto show today for press day, I'll post some pictures of the whole SBI display when i get a chance.
My bosses developed the script, and concept for the video, I shot it and did the edit and brief animation. I like some of it, but not all of it, and theres also one piece of stock footage in the mix, won't be hard to spot. Let me know what you think, good or bad.

Here's a link to watch it on youtube in HD.

  1. so... what you're saying is you didn't go out into a beautiful spring field in mid-winter Michigan and do time-lapse?????

I liked it... there was a point in the middle where it lagged a bit... right before the animation about the fuel... I felt like that animation could have started a second or two earlier... but that is really my only critique. I thought it was polished, professional and well shot. I liked the little Y-axis camera moves... it's amazing how much production value comes from subtle camera motion. (mini-jib?) Great stuff!
