Weisscam HS-2

So this is a pretty cool video of some highspeed stuff shot with this new HD camera. The coolest part about it is this footage is straight from the camera...no post-production coloring at all. The color spectrum straight from the chip is stunning. Some of the stuff is 4000 fps, and then there are step downs from there to 1500 fps.

The Social Network

The best film to come out this year... (yes I know I chose "Black Swan" as my favorite... but favorite and best are two different things)

I don't know about the DVD, but on the bluray there is a feature length documentary on the film that is probably the best BTS special feature I've ever seen. It really takes you into Fincher/Sorkin/The Actors process and shows everything from rehearsals to costume tests to filming in each location. Really phenomenal stuff.

And that's not including the 2 commentary tracks and the other individual docs: like Atticus Ross and Trent Reznor on the Score, or the Editors talking about certain scenes or The DP and Fincher about the look of the film...

Definitely worth a purchase!

North American International Auto Show

This is a promo/infomercial video I created for Swedish Biogas International. SBI produces biogas, which is essentially natural gas made from poo. They're building a new biogas plant here in Flint, and they also partnered with a local engineering university to retro-fit a truck to run on biogas. The truck is being displayed at the auto show in Detroit over the next two weeks, this video will play along side the truck. I'm heading to the auto show today for press day, I'll post some pictures of the whole SBI display when i get a chance.
My bosses developed the script, and concept for the video, I shot it and did the edit and brief animation. I like some of it, but not all of it, and theres also one piece of stock footage in the mix, won't be hard to spot. Let me know what you think, good or bad.
